I’m thinking of trying again at pumping out Yorkshire News content on here, having had a lack of motivation due to lack of information and tips flowing through.
Main motivation being the majority of local news pumped out by established outlets frequently seem to lack actual news on their websites, while also pumping out articles with scientifically illiterate woke misinformation about green crap and stuff (especially on the oulets supposedly covering Whitby, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington).
I guess it’s kind of a similar problem to how BBC News and Sky News have gotten too orientated towards Guardian and Daily Mirror readers, so until the arrival of GB News and TalkTV there was nothing suitable for readers of Daily Telegraph / Daily Mail / Daily Express who support Conservative Party / Reform Party / UKIP, etc.
I’m also hoping to work up the energy to resume work on the local guides type articles.
